Industrial Area Structure Plans

Industrial Area Structure Plans (IASP’s) propose the sequence for industrial land development, typically of at least 160 acres of land.

Planning Hierarchy

Industrial Area Structure Plans must follow the regulatory framework outlined in any relevant Major Area Structure Plans and are prepared in accordance with the Industrial Area Planning Guidelines and Standards. Industrial Area Structure Plans require City Council approval.
