Your 2017 multi-family/apartment property taxes can be determined by multiplying the property assessment value by the 2017 tax rate.
To determine your 2017 tax bill amount, enter the property assessment value from your 2017 Assessment Notice in the box below. The amount displayed will include both municipal and requisition taxes; local improvement taxes will not be included in this amount.
The tax rates were set by Council May 1, 2017. The estimator has been revised to reflect the approved rates.
Property Tax Notices were mailed May 19, 2017.

Even though taxes are collected here, not all your property tax dollars stay in Red Deer.
By provincial legislation, The City of Red Deer must collect taxes on behalf of Alberta Education and the Piper Creek Foundation, which pay for education and affordable seniors housing.
