Current FCSS Funding Application Process
The Red Deer and District Family and Community Support Services Grant Application Process (GAP) for a Community Resource Navigation Team opens September 22, 2020 and will remain open until 4:00:59PM (Alberta Time) on October 6, 2020.
This is a one-time funding opportunity for up to $80,000 to support families to access social supports as they reintegrate to schools and community post isolation and build capacity for community resource navigation.
Proposals must be received by the submission deadline outlined above, electronically, through the SmartSimple Portal. Organizations of currently funded projects can access the GAP through the Grant Opportunities tile on their SmartSimple home page. New organizations must first register using the SmartSimple portal at reddeer.smartsimple.ca and clicking the 'Register Here' button. Once registered new organizations can access the GAP through the Grant Opportunities tile on their SmartSimple home page.
Two optional online procurement orientation sessions (through MS Teams) will be open to all applicants and will offer more information on the requirements and process.
