Plant Rebate Form

The City of Red Deer is offering the Plant Rebate Program where residents who purchase native or drought-tolerant plants can apply for a rebate of up to $50. Plants must be on The City of Red Deer’s list of qualifying plants. Maximum one rebate per utility account. Previous participants in the program are not eligible to receive another rebate.

Applicant's Agreement

Rebates are processed on a first come, first served basis and are credited to the applicant's utility account. The City of Red Deer is not responsible for the installation or function of plants and reserves the right to require that the applicant provide the original receipt as proof of purchase and to inspect premises to confirm plant installation. The City of Red Deer reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet program requirements. All rebates are the subject of availability of funds. The City of Red Deer is collecting personal information for the purpose of administering The City's Water Conservation, Efficiency and Productivity Plan.
