COVID-19: State of local emergency renewed in Red Deer amid COVID-19
Residents who purchase a rain barrel can apply for a rebate of up to $50.
Maximum one rebate per utility account regardless of the rebate amount. People who participated in the program in past years are not eligible to receive another rebate.
Rebate are processed on a first come, first served basis and are credited to the applicant’s utility account.
The City of Red Deer is not responsible for the installation or function of new rain barrels and reserves the right
to require that the applicant provide the original receipt as proof of purchase and to inspect premises to confirm
rain barrel installation. The City of Red Deer reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet program requirements.
All rebates are the subject of availability of funds. The City of Red Deer is collecting personal information for the purpose
of administering The City’s Water Conservation, Efficiency and Productivity Plan. The personal information on this form is

to select a smaller picture size. Choose a smaller option like "Square" or "4:3"
and this will reduce the overall file size of your photo.
