Xplore Sport Day
Xplore Sport Day is an annual celebration of sport that offers Red Deerians of all ages opportunities to try out a variety of sports and recreation activities available in our city.
Xplore Sport Day 2020 - CANCELLED
Following direction from Alberta’s Medical Officer of Health and Alberta Health, Xplore Sport Day 2020 has been cancelled in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. For more information on The City’s response to COVID-19, visit www.reddeer.ca/covid-19.
An open house format, the event features information sessions, demonstrations and interactive activities presented by local sport organizations. Guests are encouraged to check out the displays, participate in demos and learn about new activities for themselves and their family members.
Rising Sport Stars
In conjunction with Xplore Sport Day, The City of Red Deer recognizes young athletes emerging in their sport with our Rising Sport Stars awards.
