Classes are held at spacious Setters Place at Great Chief Park where there’s plenty of room to be active while staying physically distant. Pre-registration is required to participate.

What to bring

We recommend bringing the following items to each class.

  • Water bottle
  • Mat or towel
  • Sweat towel
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug spray
  • Sunglasses
  • Hat
  • Until further notice, we will not be lending out equipment. Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment such as:
    • Free weights
    • Resistance bands

Requirements

  • Pre-registration is required to participate. Online registration closes one hour before start time.
  • No access to change rooms; arrive dressed to work out. (Washrooms are available.)
  • Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class and leave immediately after class.
  • Please use hand sanitizer before and after class.
  • Physical distancing is required; please remain 3 metres away from others.
  • Equipment is not provided. Sharing of equipment is not permitted.
  • Anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should refrain from attending class.
  • A minimum of 2 participants are required for classes to run as scheduled.
  • Inclement weather will result in the cancellation of class. Participants will receive a full refund if a class is cancelled.
