Virtual Fitness

Enjoy an ‘at home workout’ while you follow a variety of fitness class plans from our talented team of fitness professionals. They will also keep you motivated while you work up a sweat through virtual videos! Our fitness classes are inclusive for people of all ages, fitness levels and interests. Enjoy adult classes, kids classes and classes the whole family can do together, we are in this together and hope you stay healthy at home!

Adult Classes

Enjoy an ‘at home workout’ while you choose from a variety of fitness classes inclusive for people of all ages, fitness levels and interests. All classes will use minimal equipment that can be substituted with household items and will be sure to get your heart pumping!
