Municipal Affairs has extended some of the deadlines to file appeals. Each type of appeal is different and may have a different deadline. For the most up to date information, please contact the Board Clerk directly.
Filing an Appeal
We encourage you to file appeals by email to the attention of the Board Clerk for the applicable Board listed above. If you are unable to submit electronically please submit via regular mail to the attention of the Board Clerk for the applicable Board, located at Box 5008, Red Deer, AB T4N 3T4. Alternatively, you may use the dropbox located at the main entrance of City Hall at 4914 48 Avenue, Red Deer.
Please ensure any documentation is enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the attention of the Board Clerk. The envelope should include your name, contact information and the date deposited. Once the deposit is made please contact the Board Clerk using the contact information listed above to ensure the appeal has been received.
Appeal Fee Payments:
In person payments are suspended at this time, as an alternative we are accepting payments:
- By Mail – the Attention of the Board Clerk Box 5008, Red Deer, AB T4N 3T4 - Make cheques payable to The City of Red Deer
- By Dropbox – Located at the entrance of City Hall. (Please contact the Board Clerk to notify of the submission)
- Online Credit Card Payments are not available at this time, please contact the Board Clerk using the information above to discuss payment options.
