Survey being conducted on The City’s Environmental Services

(Red Deer, Alberta)

A survey about The City’s water, wastewater, waste and environmental sustainability programs is being conducted by the Environmental Services department.

The survey will run until May 12 with The City seeking information about resident satisfaction with services such as garbage collection, recycling, water management and conservation. Residents may be contacted by phone or can complete the survey online at www.reddeer.ca/survey.

“This survey helps us understand how residents feel about some of the services we provide and identify areas where we can improve our operations,” said Katina Tam, Environmental Program Specialist.

In previous years, data gathered by this survey has helped determine the level of public interest in programs like the Green Cart Pilot project and prioritize environmental outreach programs such as air quality, water conservation and stormwater protection.

All responses are confidential and no personal data is linked to the survey.
