Spring & Summer Activity Guide delivered to homes next week

Red Deerians can prepare to sign up for spring and summer recreation and culture activities with the release of the Activity Guide next week.

The 2019 Spring & Summer Activity Guide will be delivered to homes in Red Deer County on Thursday, March 7 and to homes in Red Deer on Friday, March 8. Copies may also be picked up on or after March 8 at City Hall, Collicutt Centre, Culture Services Centre, G.H. Dawe Community Centre and the Recreation Centre.

The Activity Guide is available on the City’s website in advance of the printed version on Monday, March 4 at 8 a.m. To access the online version, visit The City’s new Look ‘n Book website: http://looknbook.reddeer.ca, select “Activity Guide”.

Registration for programs in the guide begins at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, March 12. There are three ways to register for City of Red Deer programs:

  • Online at the Look ’n Book site: http://looknbook.reddeer.ca
  • By phone: 403-309-8411
  • In person at Collicutt Centre, G.H. Dawe Community Centre or Recreation Centre

Customers are encouraged to login to their Look ‘n Book account to explore available programs and ensure their account is functioning properly before registration day.

Customers planning to register online will require the following information:

  • Email address (client and family PIN are no longer required)
  • Password
  • Course code (found in the Activity Guide and on Look ‘n Book)
  • Visa or MasterCard number and expiry date.

Existing credits on accounts can no longer be used for online registrations. Those wishing to use credits on their accounts to register for spring and summer programs may register in person or by phone.
