Description
Bill Laing's prints deal with texture and patterns found in the landscape and domestic environments. Inspired by time spent in Paris, this work combines a painted surface with veils of silk-screened colour, texture and motif. The juxtapositions produce a narrative that addresses relationships - of spatial dimensions, clarity and obscurity.
