Today, the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and Hockey Canada announced the status of the 2020/2021 World Junior Hockey Championship, which was scheduled to take place in Red Deer and Edmonton this year.

Lane closures on Ross Street

Red Deer drivers can expect traffic disruptions downtown on Ross Street and 48 Avenue between September 21 and 25 due to construction in the area.

Transit full service starts
