Programs are pre-registered, scheduled instructor-led classes, such as swimming lessons, spin class, art class, etc. Most programs have a pre-determined number of classes spanning over multiple days or weeks.
Drop-in activities are available with your monthly recreation pass and are bookable 8 days in advance, or available by spontaneous drop-in at the facility in which they are offered. These include things like public swimming, public skating, fitness classes, dryland sports and much more.
Your existing Look ‘n Book account continues to grant you access to the new site.
Just as you could before, browse pre-registered, scheduled, instructor-led classes, such as swimming lessons, spins class, art class, etc. The booking process for these programs remains unchanged.
Purchase your Recreation All Access, Recreation Plus or Recreation Value Pass online. Monthly auto-renewals can be set up at City recreation facilities. Family passes are not available for online purchase.
You can continue to use the shortlink, reddeer.ca/dropin to navigate to the drop-in schedule, however it has new functionality and will appear different. Within the drop-in schedule, you can easily search by facility, class type, date etc.
Some of our fitness and aquatic drop-in activities are now bookable online! Sign in to your Look ‘n Book account and browse the drop-in schedule, if you find something you’d like to reserve, click “Book Now”. You will not be required to pay for your drop-in booking online.
If you are no longer able to make your reservation, please be sure to cancel in order to release that spot so that others may join. Cancelling is easy and user friendly.
Select party packages at the Collicutt Centre and G.H. Dawe Community Centre are now bookable online! Browse your choices and complete the process, however if you do not see your preferred option, be sure to call 403-309-8411 to chat about other party options!
Are you hosting a family gathering or party, or are you simply looking to guarantee your picnic space? Visit the site, and select the picnic shelter that suits your needs. Rentals include the shelters at Rotary Park, Kiwanis and McKenzie Trails. Bookings are available in 3 hour increments.
