Report a streetlight problem

Report streetlights that are out, blinking, damaged or otherwise not working properly.

When reporting a streetlight problem, provide:

The location of the streetlight or closest address
A description of the problem

Report a traffic or pedestrian signal problem

The City installs, maintains and repairs traffic and pedestrian signals at more than 150 controlled intersections in Red Deer.

Please provide the location or closest address and a description of the problem so a crew can investigate.
