Pink Shirt Day reminds us all to be kind and shows we do not tolerate bullying.

Bullying happens in many different forms. It means doing something, saying something or acting in a way that makes someone else feel bad on purpose. Bullying is a problem in schools, homes, workplaces and online. Anyone can be a bully – even you.

Each year on Pink Shirt Day, Red Deer joins the international movement to stand against bullying. Wearing pink reminds those around you to practice kindness and sends a strong message that you do not tolerate bullying.
