Exhibition Proposals
Corridor Community Gallery, located in the lower level of the Don Moore Recreation Centre in downtown Red Deer, provides a public venue for local artists to share their talents and interests with the community.
The gallery features nine 24x30 inch frames and there is also a display cabinet available for ceramic/3D works. Exhibitions typically run two to three months.
Corridor Community Gallery invites exhibition proposals from:
- Emerging artists who have not yet had the opportunity to display their work in a formal gallery setting
- Individual artists and groups representing diverse artistic practices and experience levels
Proposals are accepted on an ongoing basis and will be considered based on fit, suitability for the space, and taking into consideration the public setting. A diversity of artists’ voices will also be a consideration in selection. This is an unpaid exhibition opportunity.
To apply, send your completed proposal package by email to culturemailbox@reddeer.ca.
