The City of Red Deer has several locations throughout the city where banners installed on City street light standards are used to create a welcoming environment or identify an event or upcoming event.
There are opportunities for other business, events, or organizations to utilize some of these light standard locations to advertise their event or organization. There are costs associated with installation, and the organization is required to supply the finished banners in the specifications that match the hardware that is in place on the poles. Draft banner design must also be submitted for review before they go into production.

The City of Red Deer reserves the right to reject any application that does not comply with City of Red Deer’s banner guidelines.
