The City of Red Deer will see minimal

Based on the Provincial budget released yesterday, The City is confident that there will be minimal short-term impacts to the approved City budgets.

The River Bend Recreation Area is located on 30 Avenue, just five kilometres north of 67 Street.
The Red Deer River wraps itself around this golf course and 420 acres of forested parkland. Come and enjoy the 18 hole, par 72 championship course, 9 hole mini-links course, driving range with mat and grass tees, two pitching greens and a large putting green.
River Bend offers cross country ski trails ranging from 1.4 km to 5 km in length. Put one ski in front of the other while being surrounded by the beautiful scenery the river valley offers.

This amenity is operated by the River Bend Golf & Recreation Society and is open to the general public of all ages and abilities. Information on amenity services, hours of operation, dates and times are available on the River Bend Golf and Recreation Area website.

Starting Friday, March 5, a portion of the south bank trail from Taylor Drive to CPR Pedestrian Bridge, adjacent to the Water Treatment Plant, will close temporarily for construction.
