Drawing upon community consultations, an environmental scan (quantitative data), best-practice research, a policy context review at all levels (international, national, provincial, municipal), and inventory of existing services, Central Alberta Addictions Consortium (CAAC) has completed the Red Deer Alcohol and Drug Strategy.
