(Red Deer, Alberta)Building permit values increased in June, with 120 issued permits valued at $5.7 million, compared with 95 issued permits in June 2023 worth $4 million.
Year-to-date values remain higher in 2024, with current values at $62.6 million, compared with $39 million at this time last year.
Notable permits include:
- Building permit for construction of new restaurant at 2101 20 Thomlison Avenue, valued at $750,000.
- Building permit for interior tenant improvements in Bay 2, 7330 Edgar Industrial Court, valued at $540,000.
- Building permit for design work at 6517 67 Street, valued at $285,000.
