(Red Deer, Alberta)Building permit values decreased in December, with 36 approved permits valued at $1.9 million, compared with 63 permits issued in December 2023 worth $7.7 million.
Year-to-date values remained higher through the end of 2024, with values at $130.6 million compared with $97 million in 2023.
