Traffic delays expected on 32 Street east of Gaetz Avenue

Red Deer drivers should expect delays along 32 Street east of Gaetz Avenue between May 25 and June 4.

Starting May 25, the south eastbound lane and south turning lane will be closed as crews install new storm services for the southeast corner of Gaetz and 32 Street. This work is expected to be complete by May 27.

Starting May 27, 49 Avenue will be closed between 32 Street and Gaetz Avenue as water and sewer services are installed. This work is expected to be completed on June 4th.

Pedestrians and drivers are reminded to slow down and obey all signs. All road construction is weather dependent and schedules may be subject to change.
