Due to an unforeseen technical issue, The City of Red Deer is temporarily suspending its MyCity system until maintenance work can be performed. During this outage the public are asked to make payments and applications in-person.
During this interruption, the following applications will not be available:

- MyPayments
- MyDogs
- MyPermits
- MyLicence
- MyEvent
- MyInspections
- Tax Certificates
- Criminal Record Checks
- Utility Account Updates

It is expected that the system will be back online on Tuesday, April 25. During this outage, the public is encouraged to submit applications and payments in-person at City Hall.
