(Red Deer, Alberta)Building permit values decreased in June, with 95 approved permits valued at $4 million, compared with 74 permits issued in June 2022 worth almost $11 million.
Year-to-date values remain lower in 2023, with current values at $39 million compared with $89 million last year.
Notable permits include:
- Building permit for interior renovations at 6833 66 Street, valued at $800,000.
- Building permit to expand the Central Alberta Women’s Emergency Shelter valued at $562,300.
