Strategic Plan Quarterly Report (received for information):
- City Council received the second quarterly report card from City administration highlighting progress towards the outcomes in the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. The report showcases specific activities related to seven outcomes, including work towards creating an enjoyable and vibrant downtown. .
Annual Policing Plan Update and Crime Stats (received for information):
- Red Deer City Council accepted an Annual Policing Plan and crime statistics update for information from Red Deer RCMP.
Capstone Land Matter (approved):
- City Council approved the sale of lands at 5436 47 Street in Capstone below market value for multi-family development to support development in the downtown area.
