(Red Deer, Alberta)Motorists are advised of upcoming traffic disruptions on 49 Street and 48 Avenue as crews work to replace underground infrastructure.
From 6 a.m. on Tuesday, June 18until Tuesday, June 25 at 5 p.m., traffic will be reduced to one lane on 49 Street from 48 Avenue to 49 Avenue. 48 Avenue north of 49 Street will also be reduced to one lane. Drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to find an alternate route during this time.
Drivers are reminded to slow down when approaching or driving in construction areas and obey all signs. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
