(Red Deer, Alberta)Motorists are advised that the traffic disruption on 50 (Ross) Street will be extended into October 25 as crews work to repair a water leak.
Traffic is detoured along 45 Avenue to 53 Street as 50 Street is closed from 45 Avenue to 47 Avenue. They anticipate opening the section of 50 Street during business hours on October 25 but advise drivers to avoid the area if possible and give themselves plenty of time to reach their destination for the next 24 or more hours.
Motorists are advised to obey all signs, follow detour signage, and reminded to please slow down when approaching the area. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
