Red Deer RCMP seek assistance to identify suspects

Red Deer, Alta. – Red Deer RCMP are asking the public for help identifying two unknown males who vandalized a church in the Morrisroe neighbourhood.

On Oct. 18, 2021 around 9:30 p.m., surveillance footage captured two men writing offensive graffiti on the Church of the Nazarene at 2 McVicar Street. The investigation has not yielded any information on the suspects’ identities, so the surveillance footage is being released to the public in hopes to aid identification.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect 1:

  • Caucasian male
  • Beard/goatee
  • Wearing a brown and white plaid jacket, brown hoodie, blue jeans, black shoes with white soles, dark blue toque and sunglasses. 

Suspect 2:

  • Caucasian male
  • Wearing a grey hoodie and gray sweatpants, black shoes with white soles, black toque and a grey backpack.
