Red Deer RCMP request the public assistance in locating 25-year-old Victoria Gardiner. Victoria was last seen in Red Deer on Nov. 17, 2023. Red Deer RCMP are concerned for Victoria’s well-being and would like to speak to her.
Victoria is described as:
- 5 feet 1 inches tall
- 143 pounds
- Hazel eyes
- Brown hair
