Red Deer RCMP seek public’s assistance in locating missing person

Red Deer, Alta. – Red Deer RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 35-year-old Ruby Toutsaint. She was last seen in Red Deer on March 25, 2025. There is concern for her wellbeing.

Ruby Toutsaint is described as:

• 5 feet 4 inches and approximately 130 pounds
• Medium complexion
• Brown hair (recently shaved) and brown eyes
