Red Deer RCMP are investigating a robbery which occurred on Aug. 16, 2026, in the grass area between Ace Casino and Wholesale Club in north Red Deer.
At 5:17 p.m., Red Deer RCMP received a report that between the hours of approximately 12:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m., a female victim was hit on the head with a piece of lumber and had her personal belongings taken.
Police are asking for any witnesses, or anyone that may have information about this robbery to contact the Red Deer RCMP at 403-406-2200, to assist in the investigation.
