Do you want to have a voice in how policing works in Red Deer? If so, The City of Red Deer is looking for you as we recruit members for the Municipal Policing Committee. This group will help guide local policing priorities, ensure public concerns are heard, and build stronger connections between policing and the community.
We’re looking for citizens who are:
- At least 18 years old
- Passionate about public service and safety
- Not employed by any police or justice-related agency
- Ready to attend monthly meetings and contribute meaningfully
Experience in leadership, governance, community engagement, or public safety is an asset. We encourage applications from Indigenous peoples, newcomers, and members of marginalized communities.
