Council Term Direction and Strategic Plans
Council Term Direction
Council Term Direction sets the priorities that will guide Council’s four-year term and shape The City’s work in service to the community. For the 2026-2029 term, this document replaces what was previously known as They City’s Strategic Plan. It identifies where Council will focus its leadership and decision-making, while aligning Administration’s work to support Red Deer’s needs and future growth.
