Mayor Jefferies welcomes opportunities to meet with citizens and organizations in order to be informed about our community. Mayor Jefferies carefully considers every invitation and endeavors to accommodate as many meetings as possible. You will receive a response from Mayor Jefferies's office within two weeks of The Office of The Mayor acknowledging your request.

Please be advised that due to community demands on Mayor Jefferies's schedule, we are currently booking meetings up to two months in advance.
