Proclamations
Proclamations declare special days, weeks or months for community campaigns or programs, are requested by registered, non-profit organizations and are granted by the Mayor of The City of Red Deer.
Declaration of proclamations is at the discretion of the Mayor, and requests are to be made by charitable or non-profit organizations within the city of Red Deer. Declarations are made to support the improvement of the community through educational/awareness programs, charitable initiatives, or similar community building activities.
