The Gymnasium at the G.H. Dawe Centre has 612 sq meters of hardwood floor, 3 courts and rental equipment available for drop in activities: basketball, badminton, volleyball, pickleball and floor hockey.

GH Dawe Exercise Room - Fitness Centre

Exercise Room

The Exercise room consists of cardiovascular equipment, cross trainers, stationary bikes, and resistance training equipment. There is a small free weight area,and an open area for training and stretching.
