The Administrative Penalties Board is the panel responsible to determine appeals of inspector’s notices, local authority’s notices and debt recovery notices under the Weed Control Act and is the committee responsible for hearing and reviewing appeals in accordance with the Agricultural Pests Act.

To file an Appeal for the Administrative Penalties Board please complete the Red Deer Tribunals - Notice to Appeal (pdf) and file with the Clerk. The appeal fee must accompany the completed form ($100.00 fee for Agricultural Pest Act; $500.00 fee for Weed Control Act).
