67 Street & Taylor Drive Functional Planning Study

This study was completed to determine the most effective methods of alleviating congestion at 67 Street and Taylor Drive. The study included analyzing different improvement types, recommended a preferred option and then determined requirements of detailed design for the preferred option.

Gaetz Avenue Redevelopment Study
- This study includes requirements to widen Gaetz Avenue to six lanes, including intersection improvements, defined pedestrian and cycling paths along north and south Gaetz Avenue outside of the downtown core.
