Public Hearings enable members of the public to provide direct input to Council. You may choose to submit written comments and/or attend the Public Hearing (e.g. phone, video conference). All visitors to City of Red Deer facilities are expected to follow the appropriate policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of everyone working in and visiting our sites. This includes respectful remote participation in meetings (call-in etc.).
Written Submission:
You may choose to submit written comments and let Council know your opinions by:
- Emailing your comments to legislativeservices@reddeer.ca;
- Dropping off a written copy of your submission at City Hall (4914 48 Avenue) during business hours to the attention of City Clerk; or
- Mailing your submission to City Council c/o City Clerk, Legal & Legislative Services, Box 5008, Red Deer, AB T4N 3T4.

Remote Participation:
In accordance with Alberta’s Meeting Procedures (COVID-19 Suppression) Regulation, which is intended to avoid exposing persons to COVID-19 and in response to physical distancing and regulations related to gatherings, Council Chambers is closed to the public at this time.
