Electronic notices, or “e-billing”, reduces our environmental impact and lowers printing and mailing costs.
How do I register for e-billing?
You can opt-in for electronic delivery in your MyCity account.
- Login to MyCity
Login to your MyCity account at reddeer.ca/MyCityLogin. If you don’t have an account, you can create one at reddeer.ca/MyCityRegister. - Add your tax account
- Click “Register a Tax Account”
- Type in your roll number and personal access code. These can be found on your tax documents.
- Select your delivery preference
Select the “Email only” check box to opt in to receive electronic notices. There are no fees for paper copies of property tax and assessment notices.

Selecting electronic delivery for tax and assessment notices will mean that all registered owners on title to the property will receive notices to the email address linked to the account. A paper copy will not be sent.
Registered property owners on title who have selected electronic delivery for Red Deer tax notices will be automatically entered.
There are five $100 pre-paid credit cards available to be won.
Draw winners will receive an email notification from The City of Red Deer (to the email address registered in MyCity) on September 5. Winners have 30 days to claim their prize before another name is drawn.
The draw will include all MyCity accounts with electronic delivery selected, so even if you signed up for e-billing before this contest started, you will still be entered to win.
