If you received a request to confirm a water meter reading from our office, on your Move In date, or on your Move Out date.

Where is my water meter located?

Your water meter is located on the inside of the property, generally in the basement or a maintenance area.

The personal information on this form is collected under the authority of The City of Red Deer Utility Bylaw and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act, Section 33(c). It will be used for the purpose of account administration, debt collection, credit checks, customer verification and may be shared with other City departments for a consistent purpose. The City may apply a deposit to any amount owed to The City whatsoever by the customer whether in relation to the customer's Utility account or otherwise, as determined by The City in its sole discretion.
