Red Deer, Alta. – The Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate missing 27-year-old Serenity Winegarden-Rowsell. Serenity was last seen on July 25, 2022 in Red Deer, Alta. Red Deer RCMP wish to locate Serenity to confirm her wellbeing.
Serenity Winegarden-Rowsell is described as:
- 5’4”
- 120 lbs
- Brown eyes
- Brown hair, dyed blonde
