Red Deer, Alta. – Red Deer RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating missing 16-year-old Talon Horton. Talon was last seen Aug. 18, and there is concern for her well-being.
Talon Horton is described as:
- 5 feet 5 inches tall
- 100 lbs.
- red hair
- brown eyes
