On May 3, 2025, at approximately 6:17 p.m., Red Deer RCMP responded to a report of an armed robbery at a gas station located in the area of 50 Street and 41 Avenue. Preliminary investigation reveals that a male suspect entered the store, produced a bladed weapon, and threatened the employee while demanding money. The suspect then fled the scene.
The suspect is described as an older male with grey hair and facial hair. He was wearing black clothing and is believed to be between 5 feet 1 inch and 5 feet 5 inches tall.
